Make sure your web form has the tracking code placed as mentioned in the prior step.

• Click “New Form” to start the wizard.
• Link the form and map the data.
• Test the form to ensure it’s working properly.
• Create custom fields or assignment rules prior to linking the form to ensure easy data flow.
