We understand that your customer data is your company’s most important asset. The security of this data is our top priority, and we have created the following practices to ensure that your data is protected.
Our application and your data is hosted in the highly secure Amazon Web Services (AWS) data centers. Features of these data centers include state-of-the-art physical access, fire, power and HVAC systems and redundancy. All servers have built-in sophisticated firewall protection to limit unwanted network traffic, which is patched regularly to prevent known exploits.
Each customer's data is stored in a separate database and encrypted at rest. This isolation of customer data prevents cross contamination.
Each customer database is 100% backed up daily, with backups from multiple days saved.
Access to customer data is restricted to a very limited number of authorized employees of GleanView and only with permission from the customer. All customer user passwords are encrypted on both the live server and the backup server. GleanView employees do not have any access to unencrypted user passwords.
Customer data is securely transmitted to and from GleanView using 256-bit SSL encryption.
Third party assessments and selective penetration testing are conducted regularly on the GleanView application. The main application and all customer instances are actively monitored with real-time alerts to GleanView technical employees of any events that might impact service availability.
High Availability features are built into the GleanView application architecture. In cases of server or network faults, incoming application traffic is automatically rerouted to healthy servers and/or networks in other geographic locations. This redundant architecture minimizes service downtime.
Your credit card information is stored and processed through our secure third party Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant gateway. It is never stored by GleanView.
