That couldn’t be easier. Simply sign up for a Free trial, which takes about 1 minute. At any time during the trial, you can switch to a paid plan by simply going to the billing section of your account and choosing your plan and payment method.
No problem. You can upgrade or downgrade any time with just a few clicks and without contacting our customer support. It’s your plan - you get to choose. If you downgrade in the middle of a billing cycle, any excess funds will be applied to your account as credit that you can use at any time.
Of course not! We’re trying to make this as easy for you as possible. Our subscription service is month-to-month. You could add change your plan limits every month if you wanted. If you want GleanView to be even more affordable, we do offer a 10% discount for annual billing.
Nope. No onboarding fee. No setup fee. GleanView includes in-app onboarding tours and a full knowledge base to get you started. But, our interface is pretty easy and intuitive, so you probably won’t need much help anyway
